We are ecstatic to announce that McDonald’s Australia and New Zealand have chosen MAXStick liner-free labels as its labeling solution for the “Create Your Taste” program. Manufactured in the United States and distributed worldwide by MAX International Converters, MAXStick is an environmentally friendly labeling solution that is “removable and restickable” to a variety of surfaces.

“Create Your Taste” was launched earlier this year and offers customers the ability to build your own burger. Customers place their order on a mobile kiosk stationed inside the restaurant and can choose from several styles of buns, cheeses, sauces and toppings such as guacamole, bacon, grilled mushrooms and tortilla strips. After placing their order, patrons receive a receipt and order number.

This is where MAXStick comes in to play. Once the order is placed on the mobile kiosk, it is printed on a MAXStick liner-free label in the kitchen. The MAXStick label is then placed on a tray while the burger is cooked and prepared based on what is printed on the label. This helps ensure order accuracy resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Once the burger is cooked to perfection, the sandwich and MAXStick label are delivered tableside to the hungry customer.

MAXStick liner-free labels are ideal for restaurants such as McDonald’s because they are environmentally friendly and safe for food contact.
